Gas detector based on Ubiquitous Sensor Network (SL-101)

Workers in hazardous environments such as confined space, mine, gas leak (explosion & toxic) are constantly exposed to the health and safety hazards of dynamic and unpredictable conditions.

One approach to enable them to manage these hazards is to provide them with situational awareness: real-time data (environmental, and physical location data etc.) obtained from wireless, smart sensor technologies deployed at the work area. SL-101 can be rapidly deployed and re-deployed in situation that require a quick and adaptable response. The durable aluminum enclosure is explosion proof and can withstand the tough environment of the drilling rig operation.
